The thing about leather is that it smells so good. Well, it also feels really nice, too. And it's so durable. Maybe that's why people like their favorite leather jackets so much.
It is difficult to find someone who will agree to sew leather. Once you put that needle through the leather, that little hole will never close up like it will in most fabrics. Therefore, you get one shot to do it right. My dad was a surgeon; perhaps that is why I am undaunted by the idea of sewing skin.
I will replace the zipper in your leather jacket. Most leather jackets are made in China, where they seem to enjoy using low quality zippers, unfortunately. I can also hem the sleeves of your leather jacket or repair leather garments and bags. Someone's got to do it...
